Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. We accept payment through Shopify’s integrated processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). By completing a purchase, you authorize us/Shopify to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable shipping and taxes.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders ship from Alaska and our distributor in the continental United States of America (USA). Processing times may vary depending on demand and season. We are not responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, or packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Tracking numbers are provided when available.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of coffee and tea, all sales are final unless agreed upon in writing with the LLC. We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged. For non-perishable merchandise (e.g., mugs, apparel, accessories), unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To request a return or replacement, contact us with your order number and description of the issue.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All branding, text, designs, and images on Cairn & Crown Coffee Co. websites and packaging are the exclusive property of Cairn & Crown The House of Bowen LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.

We the company nor the LLC state there is any health benefits to coffee, drink it with consultation of your own medical professional.

Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Matanuska-Susitna Borough, Alaska.
