From the sunlit hills of Medellín, Antioquia, this elegant Colombian coffee captures the spirit of the Andes in every cup. Grown by devoted smallholder farmers at altitudes between 1,300–1,500 meters, the Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica varietals flourish in volcanic loam soil, infusing the beans with a natural balance of sweetness and depth.
Meticulously washed and dried in solar dryers, this process preserves the coffee’s purity while protecting it from the mountain rains. The result is a cup both bright and velvety opening with the zest of dried orange, blooming into lush berry tones, and finishing with a silky, chocolate smoothness that lingers like the Colombian sunset.
