Cultivated by devoted micro-farmers at 1,300–1,445 meters, the Caturra and Catuai varietals draw richness from the region’s volcanic loam soil, giving each sip a natural sweetness and smooth body.

The beans are eco-pulped and sun-dried, preserving their vibrant notes while honoring sustainable traditions.
