From the legendary birthplace of coffee comes a cup as radiant as the Ethiopian sunrise. Hand tended by smallholder farmers of the Sidama Zone, this coffee is grown in the highlands at 1,700–1,900 meters, where cool nights and rich nitisol soils shape its remarkable sweetness and clarity.
The indigenous heirloom cultivars, naturally processed and dried on raised beds, are lovingly sorted by hand, a reflection of centuries of coffee heritage. The result is an enchanting cup that opens with creamy milk chocolate, glides into golden caramel, and blooms with gentle, fruity brightness.
