At elevations reaching 1,700 meters, the Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varietals thrive in clay-rich soils, nurtured by gentle rains and golden sun.
The beans are fully washed and sun-dried, revealing a rich, full-bodied cup that opens with molten caramel sweetness, deepens into warm spice, and finishes with the comforting glow of brown sugar and earth.
