From the vibrant southern highlands of Chiapas and Oaxaca, this distinguished Mexican coffee embodies warmth, balance, and gentle complexity. Grown by dedicated local coffee farmers at 900–1,000 meters, the Typica, Criollo, Bourbon, Mundo Novo, and Caturra varietals thrive in mineral-rich clay soils, nourished by mountain rains and golden sun.

Fully washed and sun-dried, each bean reveals a cup alive with smooth chocolate, a whisper of warm cinnamon, and the crisp brightness of green apple. The flavor unfolds gracefully, rich, comforting, and beautifully aromatic.
