From the lush, misted hills of Molino Norte in Matagalpa, this Nicaraguan coffee embodies balance and refinement. Cultivated by smallholder farmers at elevations between 900–1,590 meters, the Yellow and Red Catuai, Catimor, and Parainema varietals thrive in clay-rich soils that nurture both sweetness and depth.
Each harvest is fully washed and carefully fermented for 12–14 hours, then dried on patios and raised beds to develop clarity and complexity. The result is a cup alive with gentle floral fragrance, touched by bright citrus, and anchored by smooth cocoa undertones, a vibrant yet comforting harmony that lingers gracefully.
