Cultivated by members of the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino at altitudes of 1,100–1,700 meters, the Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varietals thrive in clay-rich soils that nurture their natural sweetness and depth.

Fully washed and sun-dried, each bean develops remarkable clarity and smoothness. The cup reveals luxurious salted caramel, silky sweetness, and a touch of bright citrus that dances on the finish.
