From the emerald highlands of Piura and Amazonas, this Peruvian gem captures the harmony between mountain air and artisan craft. Cultivated by members of the Cooperativa Agrícola de Servicios Norandino at altitudes of 1,100–1,700 meters, the Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varietals thrive in clay-rich soils that nurture their natural sweetness and depth.
Fully washed and sun-dried, each bean develops remarkable clarity and smoothness. The cup reveals luxurious salted caramel, silky sweetness, and a touch of bright citrus that dances on the finish.
