Cultivated by small cooperative farmers at 1,200–1,900 meters, the Bourbon and Kent varietals draw their elegance from clay-rich mountain soil and the rhythm of the African sun.
Fully washed and dried on raised beds, the beans develop a pristine clarity that reveals a fragrant bouquet of jasmine and wildflowers, softened by sweet pear and finished with a gentle strawberry brightness.
